Fitness Friday Challenge

** Fitness Friday **
Here’s your workout to complete sometime this weekend, or make up your own (play with the kids/grandkids, take the dog for a walk, find a trail to hike, visit an historic place, etc). If you can’t do the challenge workout, cut it in half. If you are just starting out, check below for a Starter’s challenge.
** Challenge Workout **
Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each
Challenge Ladder:
400 M Run [one track lap]
70 Squat jacks
60 Russian Twists
50 Hip Bridges
40 Push-Ups
30 Burpee
20 V Jumps
10 Dive-bombers
400 M Run
** Starter’s Challenge [Do as much as you can, safely]**
Walk for 10 minutes
10 Bodyweight Squats with hands held over your head
10 Lunges
10 Pushups [on your knees if you have to]
30 second Plank
Crab Walk 50ft
Walk for 10 minutes
